I have over 35 years of full-time ministry experience – including 19 years serving in Lead Pastor capacities in two separate churches. For over 20 years, I have been actively involved in mentoring/coaching relationships with pastors to develop disciple-making skills and strategies within their churches; to train in biblical conflict mediation; and to often provide personal and marital counseling.

For over 10 years, my wife Patti and I, have together conducted Marriage Retreats as well as Biblical Peacemaking Seminars. In 2011, we joined The Navigators’ Church Discipleship Ministry Team (CDM) that provides coaching, strategic planning, and ministry resources to help pastors and their churches practically fulfill the Great Commandment in the spirit of the Great Commission. I am a graduate of Biola University and Talbot Theological Seminary.
